Head down to Solsiden and be tempted by its restaurants and shopping, or rent bikes and try the world’s first bicycle lift which takes you up Brubakken by Gamle Bybro bridge on the way up to Kristiansten Fortress. The bus and train station are within walking distance. The airport bus stops right outside our hotel and the journey to Vaernes Airport takes about 30 minutes.
