At Røyk BBQ, we are a Bergen smokehouse built around low and slow cooking, bold flavours and seriously good drinks.

Our meat is smoked for hours, giving it time to become tender, juicy and full of deep smokehouse flavour. The menu is made for sharing, tasting and getting properly comfortable, whether you are stopping by for dinner, drinks or a full evening with friends.

From Ginial Bar, we serve Bergen’s largest gin selection, with over 150 different gins behind the bar. You will also find craft beer and carefully selected wines that pair beautifully with smoky, rich BBQ food.

Because our food takes time, some dishes may occasionally sell out. We prepare what we believe will be enough each day, but slow-smoked food is not something we can simply make more of in five minutes. To make sure you get the best experience, we recommend booking a table in advance.
