We wish to serve our guests a dining experience based on the best produce we can find in Norway. All food is prepared from scratch and inspired by French brasseries and bistros. We prepare and serve the food and produce in a way to keep its uniqueness and character, and use both traditional and modern techniques. Central in our kitchen is a wood fired oven and a coal fired Jospergrill, which give us the rich and tasty flavor we want. We hope you appreciate our food philosophy and enjoy our brasserie kitchen.
