Maki is a small and informal sushi restaurant in Bakklandet in Trondheim. We focus on good ingredients, and the food is prepared by experienced chefs with a background in both Nordic and Japanese cuisine.

On the menu you will find oysters, as well as tataki, nigiri and maki made from the best Norwegian ingredients such as salmon, lobster, mackerel sturgeon and scallops from Hitra.

On the bar menu you will find light wines, Japanese beer and a good selection of sake adapted to the servings.
