Welcome to newly renovated premises in Tordenskioldsgate 12!

We make regular bread, various buns and other yeast-based baked products – we bake on Norwegian organic, stone-ground flour from Holli Mill (Holli Mølle). We use a lot of the old types of grain – Emmer, Spelled and Landkveite. Little yeast is used, and bread products are left to rise for a long time for the best quality. We have what you need for a cozy café visit, or if you want a snack and a cup of coffee on the go – welcome!
