We have a wide selection of seafood and shellfish and offer both a traditional and a modern cuisine. The menu also includes a wide selection of different sushi. The Salmon has its own smokery and offers different dishes with high quality smoked salmon. You can also buy smoked salmon in our fish counter and bring back home.

The Salmon is a perfect restaurant both for lunch and dinner. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and are very focused to give our guests the best quality of both food and service! In the summer we also have a nice and sunny outdoor terrace. For private parties we offer a chambre separé.

The Salmon also includes an interactive knowledge center. Norway is the largest producer of Atlantic salmon in the world. At The Salmon our guests can learn about the salmon industry. All the steps from a roe to a finished product. We also offer guided tours in the center with our skilled guides.
